Get In Shape For Women offers small-group personal training for women in a unique body transformation program, guaranteeing results. Dedicated to helping women get healthy through lifestyle changes, they’ve created a program consisting of four parts: strength training, cardiovascular training, nutrition coaching, and accountability. One certified personal trainer works with one to four women at a time in Get In Shape For Women’s private, upscale studio for as little as $19 a session. Each session consists of 30 minutes of strength training, 25 minutes of cardio training, and nutrition coaching, for a complete and balanced fitness program.
Get In Shape For Women believes that not only is a nutrition plan fundamental in a successful body transformation, so is accountability. Trainers check their clients’ weight weekly and body fat monthly to make sure they’re on track. To help make them a priority, workouts are scheduled in advance.
